Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer: 2022-Present

In my current role, I serve as both a Microsoft Power Platform Administrator and a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at The Walsh Group. I actively contribute to the governance, administration, and deployment of best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform, which includes Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. This platform seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office 365.

In my capacity as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, I am responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure to meet the organization's technology needs. This includes managing network architecture, server systems, security protocols, and ensuring high availability and performance.

This dual role combines Power Platform administration with intricate IT infrastructure tasks to facilitate the seamless operation of technology solutions throughout the organization.

Sr. Regional Technology Coordinator: 2019-2022

In my role as the Senior Regional Technology Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing technology initiatives in the Southwest region. Based in Southern California, I manage the deployment of servers, oversee technology at job sites, oversee two regional offices, and provide overall technology support and deployment. I collaborate closely with the corporate team to implement best practices and standards.

In addition to my responsibilities mentioned above, I also play a key role in the corporate team's efforts regarding project mobilization and demobilization nationwide, from an IT perspective. In this capacity, I conduct interviews, manage logistics, and assist in the deployment process. We deploy approximately 200 jobs annually, setting up, configuring, and providing remote assistance for routers, switches, wireless access points, and other network equipment. At the conclusion of each job site, I coordinate equipment retrieval and its return to the corporate team.

Information Technology Project Manager: 2016-2019

I served as the Information Technology Project Manager for the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor Project. In this role, I managed technology for seven different office locations, supporting over 400 users. My responsibilities encompassed implementing a suite of solutions and providing support for each office. This included managing SharePoint sites, overseeing network equipment, deploying computers, iPads, and iPhones, and maintaining the project website.
